my story

I wish I knew more of what life was like for my parents and grandparents growing up, my wife, friends or even some strangers. I want details. A stronger connection. What struggles they had and how they overcame, what success they had, love, family etc. So a few years ago I decided to write a book about all of my experiences. This project was important for me, I was prepared to do whatever it took to finish it. I started typing while I was in the last three months of my one year in silence. Little did I know, reliving your past dozens of times was going to require a lot of energy and start to finish, the project took a year and a half! I was supported financially by my mother at the time and lived in Indonesia during Corona. A 28 year old with no income, in a relationship for about 6 years at the time, around 50 000 followers on social media and full of energy. Life was exciting, very unpredictable and the future looked adventurous. I poured all I had into this book. So, if you really want to know more about me, you can download the pdf here (link) with over a thousand photos, or even listen to it on Spotify click (link) “read by myself”. Welcome to the journey.

my mission

Since the book, a thousand more things have happened. But that’s for another time to share. I am now on a mission to creating a financially free, pain free, abundant and sustainable future. Not just for myself but also for thousands of others, generational FREEDOM. Ellie and I are currently living with her mother, in a white house - away from the others, in a small village in the middle of Germany. Preparing for children and together with some friends, building the foundation which will support generations to come. After several years of moving around the world freely and at times having no idea what month of the year it was, I now decided to jump back into the system and ‘use it’ to accelerate the processes. Getting back into the system came with its own challenges, which I’ll talk about another time. I have started my own gardening and tree climbing business, which will allow me to work for only a few months per year, in the future. But for now, I am working more than most people I know, and have been for a year. Paying off debts, gaining new experience, and learning about crypto too. My back has also been hurting lately. This year, it will be 16 years since I’ve had screws drilled into it. That’s half my life! I am looking into stem cell injections. It is a lot! And we need a lot of money to make it all happen. However, the vision is clear and we are devoted to it. No obstacle is too great!

my vision

Let us take you back to Bali 2016. Two 23-year-olds in their first year of relationship, meeting half way between their bases Germany and New Zealand, spending their last money to see one another and figure out if it was going to work. 2 months earlier Cat and Elie had parted ways abruptly, emotionally floating in the unknown. We are in a random tattoo shop, geckos crawling on the walls, Cat stood like a statue as Elie placed the tattoo stencil on his forehead after 4 unsuccessful tries by a now nervous tattoo artist. It read, “ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY” in times new roman. Certain about the life changing decision of a positive face tattoo in the most uncertain of circumstances. No job, no home of his own, no vehicle and in turbulence with his father. A form of trust like never before, “everything is going to change for the better”. And it did! Fast. In 2017 Elie moved to the other side of the world, from Germany to New Zealand, and the ABD movement started. Selling printed T-shirts and embroidered hoodies at night- and weekend markets as we traveled all across New Zealand supported the mission we were on: school speeches to encourage a sober and free life to the youth. Check out our YouTube channel if you’re curious, Cat created many videos during 2017 and 2018.
